Here are some of our recent major projects:

Crown

Crown Ltd has a significant real estate portfolio within the CBD and surrounding areas that require property valuations for annual financial reporting purposes.

Property Dynamics are special valuation advisers to Crown and regularly assess the value of their prime real estate portfolio.

Australian Customs Service

Property Dynamics advised the government authority in relation to an accommodation requirement for their Victorian Head Office. Their requirement was for 10,000 sq.m of office space in which the client required an accommodation strategy.

After identification, evaluation and negotiation of alternate accommodation options we negotiated a lease on a base building construction at 1010 LaTrobe Street, Docklands.

Property Dynamics undertook negotiations of the heads of agreement to ensure an integrated fit-out that met all Australian Customs service protocol and accommodation standards

Medibank Private

Recently Property Dynamics were appointed to perform an audit of Medibank Private's retail property to assess if rental amounts were appropriate. They have over 100 stores around Australia in all capital cities and major regional towns.

Basell Australia

Basell are the world's largest manufacturer of polyolefin which are basic plastics for domestic and business use. The firm required expertise in creating an accommodation strategy for their Australian Head Office.

The task involved a site search, fit-out and location of approximately 1100 sq.m of office space within the Melbourne metropolitan.

Department of Education

This is a role with the state government to provide property advice to multiple regional offices around rural Victoria.

The role involves ongoing site search and lease negotiations for predominately the Department of Education as well as other ad hoc projects.

South Pacific Tyres

Being the principal organisation behind Beaurepaires and Goodyear tyre outlets, the company has a portfolio of over 550 properties around Australia. Property Dynamics provide an ongoing service to undertake all rent reviews and, if required, negotiate lease agreements of all lease reviews, options and new agreements.

In addition to this service, Property Dynamics have developed a portfolio database through an inspection and measurement of all their sites around Australia.
