Property Dynamics senior management team comprises the following: Milton Cations Managing Director The managing director and founder of Property Dynamics, Milton's speciality area is strategic property advice and valuations. Milton's property guidance knowledge is from high level corporate and government consulting, and derived through experience as Director of Valuations and Consulting at Knight Frank for over 10 years. Since leaving and beginning Property Dynamics he has directed a range of long term consultancy assignments with many major corporate and government entities. His core responsibilities now include property asset use strategies, feasibility analysis, and corporate, investment, rental and forensic valuations. Milton has been very actively involved in professional property organisations throughout his career and holds Fellow membership at both the Australian Property Institute (API) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is the immediate Past President of the Victorian Division of the Australian Property Institute and an Executive Councillor. mcations@propertydynamics.com.au David Chalmers Director Specialising in delivering real estate services to public and private sector clients, David's focus is on developing strategies that align with clients' business plans and corporate objectives. With over 25 years experience in the industry, he has occupied senior management roles and delivering consulting services to clients focussing on property and asset management issues for a variety of organisations. Responsibilities have included strategic portfolio reviews, compliance assessments, preparation and evaluation of complex accommodation proposals, feasibility analysis and the implementation of strategic plans. In joining Property Dynamics 7 years ago, David has been the driver behind the growth of our Property Consulting sector. He has lead several major tenant representative and property strategy roles and has been a major player in expanding our independent consulting services domestically. dchalmers@propertydynamics.com.au Scott Cations Director With a background in accounting and financial planning, Scott has spent much of the past decade expanding his experience into a range of property services. With the majority of this in valuations, he also spent extended periods with a commercial real estate agency and property advisory firms. He joined Property Dynamics in 2004 and has been a major driver in the business expansion to Sydney and beyond. In finishing his Masters of Property & Construction at the University of Melbourne, more recently he has expanded his expertise into the information technology area linking technology throughout all sectors of the business. Using his background in valuations and property advice he has gained practical experience in using a variety or specialists programs to produce feasibilities, cash flow tracking, forecasting, valuations and other specialised modelling. scations@propertydynamics.com.au Chris Torr Director Chris has been in specialised valuations and strategic land management practice for more than 35 years and has a reputation for intellectually sound, pragmatic thinking. His experience covers most of Melbourne's property market, regional Victoria and specialised assignments in other states and overseas. His strategic expertise includes assessment of highest and best use, quantifying internal use value, and optimising negotiation strategy in acquisitions and disposals. He is a recognised specialist valuer in compensation/compulsory acquisition, has extensive negotiation experience in that field, and has wide expertise in multiple property projects and litigated valuation disputes. ctorr@propertydynamics.com.au John Clarke Director John has enjoyed a long and successful career with some of Melbourne's major Commercial Real Estate Agencies. Commencing his career in 1991 with Jones Lang Wootton, John established a strong reputation in the Melbourne Office Leasing market. After ten successful years, John made the strategic decision to further his experience by accepting roles with Colliers International and CB Richard Ellis which involved significant project leasing assignments and the leasing of some of Melbourne's major buildings. Over the years John developed a passion to utilise his intimate understanding of the leasing process primarily for the benefits of tenants and in 2006 he left the Agency workplace to undertake an independent tenant advisory role, and has since been delivering significant and tangible outcomes for his valued clients.
