Milton Cations - Managing Director Australia

The managing director and founder of Property Dynamics, Milton's speciality area is strategic property advice and valuations.

His property knowledge is from high level corporate and government consulting through over twenty years as an independent Strategic Property Counsellor. Milton is was recently President of the Victorian Division of the Australian Property Institute in which he is still heavily involved.

Ian Dalgarno - Managing Director, New South Wales

Ian has been in the property industry for over 25 years and has worked in most sectors. His experience is based in Sydney and includes various areas of property advice.

He is a Life Fellow and past National President of the Australian Property Institute and still remains as a chairperson of the Property Economists Board.

David Chalmers - Managing Director, Victoria

Specialising in delivering real estate services to government clients, David’s focus is on developing strategies that align with clients' business plans and corporate objectives.

With over 20 years experience in the industry, he has occupied senior management roles focussing on property and asset management services for public sector organisations.

Brian brings to Property Dynamics over 20 years in the field of Corporate Service. His area of speciality is Corporate Real Estate gained through management roles including National Administrator and Facilities Manager with AAMI.
 

Boon Keoh - Retail Real Estate

With over 20 years portfolio management experience with major organisations including Sigma Company, Centro Properties and Westfield; Boon services clients with representation and advice in retail real estate.

He has experience in the strategic and operational management of shopping centres and leasing.
 

Robert Butterworth - Hospitality/Leisure Real Estate

A leading Australian valuer in hospitality, tourism and leisure industry properties, Bob has specialised in this service for over 20 years.

His career spans the public, local government, banking and private sectors through the provision of independent professional property and business valuation.
 

Scott Cations - Real Estate Investment/Technology

With a background in accounting and financial planning, Scott has spent the past 5 years gaining experience with a diverse range of companies providing investment property services.

He now manages our internal team and provides advice in both valuations and investment property. He is currently completing his Masters Degree in Property at Melbourne University.
